When can I book my child’s 1:1 sessions?
You’ll receive a booking link each half term to select your child’s 1:1 sessions during the school holidays. As a Platinum Package holder, you’ll receive priority access to my calendar and first pick of time slots before they are opened up to other clients.

Can I use these sessions during term time?
This package is designed specifically for school holiday tuition, so all 1:1 sessions must be booked in holiday periods (October, Christmas, February, Easter, May half term, or Summer 2026). This gives flexibility without clashing with school and weekly commitments.

How will I know about the masterclasses?
All masterclasses will be advertised in advance throughout the academic year via email. As a Platinum parent, your child can attend any five live masterclasses of your choosing. Recordings are available if they can’t attend live.

What happens if we don’t use all the sessions?
This package is valid for the 2025–2026 academic year only. All 1:1 sessions and masterclasses must be used by the end of the Easter holidays 2026.❗️Unused sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a booked 1:1 session?
My usual cancellation policy applies:
  • You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be marked as used.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability within the holiday periods.
